 Elite training is about elite standards and pushing yourself beyond what you thought was possible. Our school offers a program of elite training that has been unparalleled in the region. This includes strength testing more rigorous than the Marine Corps., 10-week and 16-week testing cycles that push you to the limit. Grandmaster Joe Esposito has been training elite fighters in Sport Karate and Kickboxing for over 40 Years and can take you to the next level.

Our program is designed to provide a fun and intense workout, excellent techniques and forms, and a life-time of material to learn and master over time. Our adult program will prepare you for practical self defense as well as challenge you to a never-ending journey of self-improvement.
